Founded in 1912 and representing over 4,000 members in 30 counties, Bluegrass REALTORS® works to protect, inform, and advance the real estate market across Central and Southern Kentucky. Until their recent rebrand, the association was known a LBAR (Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors).
(matter) collaborated with the association leadership throughout a complete rebranding initiative including research, brand strategy, naming, identity, tag line and brand standards development. Our work helped set the stage for the association’s growth beyond Lexington and the surrounding counties with a more distinctive and welcoming brand experience.
